Meet our team

Ben helps clients shape policy and political outcomes across London and Dublin, with over a decade of experience in public affairs and communications. He’s advised organisations including Pennon Group, DXC Technology and Match Group – across sectors from tech to utilities, food, energy and health. With experience in and around Parliament over many years, he supports clients to engage effectively, navigate complexity, and make progress on the issues that matter.

Bethan brings over a decade of experience in public affairs, media relations, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, and campaigns. She’s worked in-house and in agencies for clients, including BookTrust, Meta, SSAFA and Blood Cancer Alliance. Most recently, she’s advised health and third-sector organisations in London, helping them develop strategies to elevate niche issues, engage influential stakeholders, and drive meaningful policy change. She focuses on creative communications that build lasting relationships and deliver long-term impact.

Eppie worked at the Trinity St James’s Cancer Institute where she gained practical experience in project management, report writing, and research. She is interested in women’s and social issues and foreign affairs, particularly in relation to UK and Irish relations. Eppie studied at Trinity College Dublin and graduated with a joint honours degree in Politics and Business in 2023. She is now studying for a MSc in International Public Policy at Queen’s University Belfast.

Based in London and Plymouth, Lewis co-leads Bantham’s operations and commercial strategy. He helps shape how Bantham delivers for clients – building smarter systems, driving performance, and leading the digital transformation of traditional advisory work. He’s also CEO of CoreBlue, a high-assurance software agency. Lewis sits on the Global Council for the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council and is a member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Maria supports clients operating in highly regulated and politicised environments, helping them navigate complex public policy challenges. Working between Dublin and Belfast, she draws on academic grounding in international public policy, holding an MSc from Queen’s University Belfast and a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. She is particularly interested in environmental and gender policy, having contributed to sustainability initiatives in the UK and the Netherlands and written on the impact of UK and Irish policy on women.

Megan works across public affairs, government relations, and strategic communications in London, helping clients navigate politics and policy to deliver campaigns that drive real-world impact. She’s worked with organisations including Ericsson, MoneySuperMarket, Fanatics, and DXC Technology, across sectors from tech to financial services to civil society. She focuses on aligning strategic goals with outcomes that matter to business and reputation.

Olivia has delivered evidence‑led policy analysis for Citizens Advice and the Omega Research Foundation, informing work on child poverty, digital exclusion and the international trade in law‑enforcement equipment. Her experience sits at the intersection of social equity and environmental governance, using a blend of qualitative research and quantitative methods to prepare concise briefings for policymakers and stakeholders. She is completing an MSc in International Public Policy at Queen’s University Belfast and holds a Geography degree from the University of Manchester.
